The five spacious bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with the main bedroom featuring a dual aspect and feature stone wall. In addition, a large en suite with a double shower also a large walk-in dressing room add a luxurious finish to the room.

Scenic Views

The second and third bedrooms also feature en suites encompassing stunning sea views, meaning you’ll always wake up to the sea. The fourth bedroom also provides guests with a stunning view of the sea and the fourth and fifth bedrooms are serviced by the large family bathroom, which features a shower-bath.

The self-contained suites also contain a myriad of amenities, creating the perfect secluded getaway with the Harlech Suite consisting of an entrance porch, lounge, double bedroom and shower room. The second Barmouth Suite is comprised of an entrance hall, a large storage cupboard, lounge, shower room and a spacious walk in wardrobe.

With mature trees providing shady spots to relax under and a landscaped wraparound lawn, the garden at Mynydd Ar Mor is the ideal area to spend sunny days and warm evenings, with a well appointed patio that makes alfresco dining a joy.

Barmouth Suite

For a more private and secluded break, away from the main party in the house, the Barmouth Suite offers a homely, yet refined home from home.

Boasting a separate private entrance that can be accessed via the suite’s personal private patio area, where guests are welcomed into a relaxed, inviting space that makes for the perfect coastal escape.

The Barmouth suite also offers its guests a separate toilet and shower room.

There are sea views visible from the living room, which is fitted with comfortable seating, perfect for putting your feet up after a long day exploring.

The comfortable Double bedroom also has the addition of a walk in wardrobe which gives the suite a luxury touch and is a welcome addition to the already spacious bedroom, meaning there’s more than enough room for your personal belongings.

Harlech Suite

As separate accommodation, the Harlech Suite again boasts it’s own private entrance with a lockable door to the main house which accommodates for a more private area to relax.

With modern furnishings, you can enjoy stunning sea views from the living room and adjoining conservatory and venture out into the intimate patio area when the evenings are warmer.

A comfortable double bedroom makes for a great place to rest your head after a long day at the beach, and the modern, well-equipped shower room is ideal for washing off the sand.

There’s also ample parking space at the property, giving you peace of mind whatever your mode of transport.
