My card payment isn’t processing online when making a booking via the website?

Please ensure that all the cardholder details are entered correctly when attempting to make a card payment online, which secures your booking. Our payment system cannot process a payment if the cardholder details are not entered 100% correctly. 

What breaks do you offer? 

We offer both weekly breaks and short breaks during the year.

What time can we check in?

Check-in is from 4.30 pm – 6 pm. 48 hours prior notification must be given to us, if you are arriving later than 6 pm.

How do I check in?

When you arrive at the property, please call Mandy on 07811 704 591 so that we can carry out the pre-authorised transaction for damages bond (£200); after which we will handover the key(s) for the property. If you are arriving later than 6 pm (and 48 hours prior notification has been given) we can meet you at the house to hand over the keys at the agreed time.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, we don’t accept pets.

Is there access for wheelchairs?

Yes, there is a small door threshold on the front entrance to the main house, however both annexes also have wheelchair access via the ground floor.

Can I get a groceries delivery delivered to the property?

Yes, please arrange delivery for after 4.30pm on your day of arrival. You must be checked into the property/present, to accept delivery.

Is there on-site EV charging?

Unfortunately, we do not offer EV charging on the premises, and do not allow any charging from the house/property.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi at the property.

What happens with my £200 damages bond?

As this is a pre-authorised transaction only, the £200 will not actually get ‘taken out’ of your account by us (unless there are damages or breakages to the property), it will sit in the ‘pending’ section of your bank account for 7-10 w/days after the transaction date.

I have received an email confirmation from “Luxury Lodges Wales”?

Yes, you may receive emails from both mandy@luxurylodgeswales.co.uk  and mandy@mynydd-ar-mor.com regarding your booking for Mynydd Ar Mor.

Things you need to bring with you..

Although we supply a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets and fairy liquid, toilet roll, & bin bags as part of your welcome pack to get you started, you will need to fetch extra of the above with you including toiletries for use during your stay.

How many guests can stay?

The property can sleep up to 14 guests max. Please note strictly no third-party guests are allowed on the premises (this includes visiting for the day). Only guests named on the booking form are allowed on the premises at any time.

Is there sufficient parking at the property?

Yes, the property has ample parking in the driveway for up to 7 vehicles.

Is there a BBQ at the property?

There is a BBQ stand, however you will need to fetch disposable BBQ trays.

Are Towels and Bed Linen provided?

Yes, bed linen is provided, we also provide 1 x bath mat and hand towel per bathroom, also 1 x bath towel is provided per guest.

What household appliances are available at the property?

A large range master cooker with ceramic hob can be found in the kitchen, also an American-style fridge freezer, microwave, double draw air fryer and an additional ordinary household fridge. There is also an upright freezer located in the utility room. (Note: one of the freezers does dispense ice).

Do you provide Cots and Highchairs?

Yes, we can provide 2 x highchairs and 2 x cots for use during your stay, there is no additional charge for these, however this must be requested at time of placing a booking. (We offer 1 x newborn size travel cot and one standard size travel cot).
